What is post-construction cleaning?
Post-construction cleaning is the detailed clean after a new build or remodel, once the trades are done. We remove fine construction dust from every surface, including inside cabinets, vents and window tracks, take off stickers and labels, clean paint and caulk spots from glass and fixtures, wipe fixtures and appliances, and vacuum and mop the floors so the space is ready to move in, sell or hand over.

Common questions
When should the post-construction clean happen?
After the trades are finished and the heavy debris is hauled away. Large jobs sometimes need a rough clean during the build and a final clean at the end; tell us your timeline and we plan it with you.
Do you haul away construction debris?
No. We handle the cleaning. Large debris, dumpsters and leftover materials should be removed by the contractor before we start.
