Is my booking confirmed right away?
No. It is a request. Gladis checks her calendar and confirms your day, a 30-minute arrival window and the price by text or WhatsApp, usually within a few hours during the day. Nothing is charged online.
Do I need an account or a card?
No. You only leave your name, phone and address or ZIP. There is no account, no password and no payment online. You pay after the cleaning is done.
How much notice do you need?
24 hours. The booking calendar only shows days that are at least 24 hours away, and we are closed on Sundays. For a same-day or next-morning cleaning, call or text (559) 816-6367; sometimes there is room.
Can I change or cancel?
Yes. Changes or cancellations with 24 hours notice are free. Just text Gladis.
Do I need to be home?
No. Many clients leave a key, a lockbox code or a gate code. Tell us in the notes what you prefer.
Can I book in Spanish?
Yes. Switch to the Spanish page or choose Español at the confirmation step. Gladis speaks Spanish.
