Questions
How much does house cleaning cost?
Every home is different, so we give a free quote based on the size of the home, its condition and the type of cleaning. Text us the number of bedrooms and bathrooms and the kind of clean you want, and we reply with a price. We always confirm the price with you before we start.
What is the difference between a regular clean and a deep clean?
A regular house cleaning is upkeep: kitchen, bathrooms, dusting and floors. A deep clean adds the detail work that builds up over time, such as baseboards, cabinet fronts, grout, ceiling fans, vents, blinds and window tracks. Most first visits are deep cleans.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave a key, a lockbox or a door code. You are also welcome to be home. Tell us what you prefer when you book.
Can you use my cleaning products?
Yes. If you have products you love, or allergies or sensitivities, tell us when you ask for your quote and we will use your products.
Are you licensed?
Yes. Casa Sunflower Cleaning is licensed.
Do you clean offices and businesses?
Yes. We clean offices, clinics, salons, shops and other small businesses: trash, desks and common surfaces, restrooms, break rooms and floors, before you open or after you close.
Do you do post-construction cleaning?
Yes. After a new build or remodel we remove the fine construction dust, stickers and paint or caulk spots, clean windows and tracks, fixtures and cabinets, and finish the floors. The contractor removes large debris first.
Can a move-out cleaning help me get my deposit back?
It helps, but no one can promise it, because the landlord decides. Our move-out checklist covers what landlords and property managers usually inspect, including inside the oven, fridge and cabinets, baseboards and window tracks.
How often should I have my house cleaned?
Every two weeks is the most popular choice for busy families. Weekly suits homes with kids, pets or allergies. Monthly suits smaller homes. Most people start with one deep clean and then keep a schedule.
